Classes for Beginners

Cooking is an art that requires love, practice, a few basic skills,
and sheer will.  For many it seems daunting, labour-intensive, and completely unapproachable.  When people share their fears about
cooking with me I am equally surprised by the high status they willingly bestow on those who 'can' cook.  It is most likely the reason that celebrity chefs have made a career selling cookbooks that millions of people pore over with interest but rarely use.  Things that are
mysterious often seem beyond us.  It is my hope that by offering
simple beginners classes I can take away some of the fear and
mystery of cooking and replace it with some confidence, enthusiasm,
and motivation.
